Define Market Strategy

As the Swine Vaccine Technical Head, you are the technical authority for the Vietnam Swine Business. You will translate global vision into local market victory by focusing on these core areas:

• Set the long-term technical roadmap for our clients swine products in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with regional and global goals.
• Provide vital technical insights to R&D to drive future product development.
  
  

Lead And Develop Your Team

• Manage, mentor, and empower the Technical and Device teams to achieve top performance.
• Design and execute comprehensive technical training to elevate the skills of the commercial team.
  
  

Build Influence & Networks

• Cultivate and maintain a strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network and relationships with universities to ensure excellence in technical service.
• Act as the companys key technical voice at major industry events and customer meetings.
  
  

Drive Business Execution

• Develop and implement annual technical plans that directly support the sales team in achieving annual business targets.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to create compelling and accurate technical support materials.
  
  

This leadership position requires a powerful combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, and proven leadership skills.

• Education: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Degree in Veterinary Science is required. An MBA/Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
• Experience:
  
  

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Animal Health (AH) industry.

5+ years of practical experience working in swine farm settings. An experience in a commercial setting would be an advantage.

• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of swine diseases, commercial production systems, and vaccination programs
• Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
