SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FINANCE PRODUCT OFFICER

The Sustainable Development Finance Product Officer leads the management of the Sustainable Development Finance program, driving product innovation, marketing, and portfolio performance to meet growth and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Recommends new products and enhancements aligned with strategic goals; ensures regulatory compliance; evaluates product performance annually.
• Monitors credit portfolio performance; guides Relationship Managers in tagging qualified sustainable development accounts.
• Promotes products through collaboration with client groups; conducts briefings and training; supports Relationship Managers in client outreach.
• Coordinates with external consultants to vet eligible SDF projects.
• Handles cross-unit coordination for assigned administrative tasks.
• Provides leadership, training, and support to direct reports to meet performance goals.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy, Finance, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management, Marketing or Sustainability.
• With experience in client relationship management
• Knowledge in Corporate and SME loan evaluation
• With strong written and oral communication
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities
