Support Analyst - Expression Of Interest

If a Support Analyst / Customer Support Representative role becomes available, responsibilities may include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns efficiently
• Document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions within internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership and follow-up
• Maintain and update customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, and quality standards
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes, tools, or documentation
• Maintain a customer-focused mindset while balancing speed, accuracy, and quality
  
  

About You

You may be suitable for future Support Analyst opportunities if you:

• Prior experience in customer service, helpdesk, or support roles preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
