Job Location: Alabang, Philippines

As a Supplier Compliance & Rick Program Analyst, you will be responsible for...

Supplier Engagement:

• Educating suppliers on compliance requirements and conducting training for procurement teams, BU compliance teams, and suppliers.
• Identifying root causes of non-compliance and supporting development of sustainable remediation plans.
• Engaging and supporting effectively with suppliers and business units to drive remediation.
• Supporting suppliers in developing effective policies and procedures to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Supporting for supplier capacity building as required.
• Managing ESG incidents, initiatives, and reporting for public-facing and statutory needs (e.g., responsibility reports).
• Driving upstream prevention, mitigation, and capacity building, as well as downstream remediation and exit strategies.
• Supporting process documentation and systems management

Program Governance:

• Supporting in the development and documentation processes for Supplier Compliance & Risk program manual (includes Standard Work Instructions).
• Analysing compliance data and preparing performance reports/scorecards for stakeholders.
• Maintaining organization SharePoints and manage subscribed digital platforms to keep data and scorecards current.

Compliance Management:

• Escalating critical findings and ensuring closure of remediations activities.
• Supporting management of ESG Incidents as they arise.

What you already have...

• Global experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries.
• 10–12 years of core experience in supply chain and supplier-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, including strategic alignment, operational modelling, process optimization, and data analytics.
• Expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training.
• Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements and experience with programs like Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
• Proven program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
