Position Summary

The Supervisor, Poker Room assists the Assistant Manager, Poker Room in implementing and executing poker room policies and procedures, creating, and maintaining a secure, friendly atmosphere while hosting guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures that all poker games and tournaments run smoothly and efficiently, following established rules and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of poker games by enforcing house rules and procedures.
• Ensure that the dealer collecting the correct rakes every game dealt on the table.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Train and mentor poker room staff to ensure high standards of customer service and game integrity.
• Create games and assign guests to tables to open according to the number of players on the waiting list.
• Assisting guest registrations.
  
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in the Asian gaming market is desirable.
• Sounds knowledge of Poker games variety.
