Stretch Therapist Or Stretchologist

Role Overview

Stretch therapists provide assisted stretch, pain management, posture correction, and performance optimization programs for members.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide premium treatments such as lymphatic massage, deep tissue work, facials, and device-assisted therapies.
• Deliver manual therapy, assisted stretch, corrective exercise, and recovery protocols.
• Collaborate with coaches, nurses, and medical staff on integrated care.
• Educate clients on long-term functional health and injury prevention.
• Document treatments according to professional standards.
• May conduct yoga classes or similar physical classes on a per need basis.
  
  

• Licensed Physical Therapist is a plus but not required.
• Experienced with yoga or similar physical activities.
• You are passionate about working in the wellness industry, driven by continuous learning and development.
• You have experience in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or other similar professional bodywork activity.
• Strong communication and client education skills.
