What You’ll Do

• Manage sourcing and category activities across US direct and indirect spending.
• Support commercial analysis and execution of procurement initiatives.
• Maintain category taxonomy and assist with spend reporting.
• Support e-procurement tools, templates, and control frameworks.
• Assist with procurement transformation across US business units.
• Coordinate with global sourcing frameworks and S2P technology processes.
  
  
  

• 2-5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing and procurement lifecycle management.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience in supporting procurement Process, People, & Technology transformation.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a data-informed approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a decentralized model with a collaborative and influencing mindset.
• Passion for purpose-driven work and continuous improvement with an ability to support change across a diverse stakeholder group.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver value-add savings beyond price reductions, including process efficiencies, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership improvements.
