Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in different locations including Downtown Manila, Greenhills, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Banawe, Grace Park, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Marikina for the role of Store Manager (Branch Head).

What The Role Will Entail

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
• Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers share of wallet
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in business or any related field
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships.
