Sr Business Intelligence Specialist - MariBank Business Intelligence And Analytics

Job Description

• Analyze data from business, marketing, operations, and financial crime to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build daily reports.
• Work with different stakeholders to define metrics, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of MariBank business, product and operations.
• Problem solve with business and operations teams to translate complex business requests to executional technical data tasks
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to further develop the business intelligence and data maturity level of the whole organization
• Execute full cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleansing, data analysis, data visualisations using established data warehousing practices and tools
• Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects. Take ownership on multiple work streams related to business intelligence projects

• Bachelors Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate related to Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics and other quantitative fields
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence in banking or financial services industries
• Has an advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python
• Working knowledge in REST APIs, Selenium, Google Apps Script, Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns
• Must have entrepreneurial spirit, with start-up mindset and willingness to learn
• Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pay attention to detail and rely on data driven decision making
• Open to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
