Your Role

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will:

Architect and develop advanced BI solutions that transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, ETL processes, and data structures to ensure high performance and scalability.

Design and maintain robust data models, data warehouses, and data integration pipelines.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools tailored to business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver business-friendly insights.

Deliver regular performance reports for Members, Fundraisers, and Merchants, providing insights to measure campaign and process effectiveness.

Calculate eligible commissions for fundraising groups using complex SQL logic.

Create enterprise monthly dashboards and marketing segment data files.

Provide real-time data and product insights to support business and technical teams.

Act as SME for BI-related projects and contribute to the organizations technology strategic roadmap.

Drive continuous process improvement and promote governance materials for BI processes and procedures.

Document data models, ETL workflows, and reporting logic to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Advanced proficiency in SQL and query performance optimization

Extensive experience in data modelling and ETL development

Hands-on expertise with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView

Strong experience in dashboard creation using various visuals and charts

Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and present insights clearly to stakeholders

Preferred Skills/expertise

Exposure to Git, Visual Studio, or SSRS

Strong MS Excel skills

Leadership and project management experience

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Strong business acumen aligned with values of Community, Challenge, Courage & Together
