Job Description

Support Business Banking (BB) growth by leading digitalization, data management, and process continuous enhancements initiatives, ensuring robust maintenance and support. Align BB processes with systems architecture to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience. Facilitate the integration and adaptation of legacy systems to meet evolving business needs.

Champion change management and system enhancements to deliver new solutions that support BB products and processes, through collaboration across BB departments and BB partners to ensure alignment of with customer obsession goals and cross-functional operation efficiencies.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Enterprise Project Manager and Project Manager to drive the successful delivery and implementation of Business Bank (BB) systems and digitalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business unit representatives to define and deliver new and enhancement requirements that support BB growth and product innovation.
  • Coordinate with business units to address maintenance requests for legacy systems, ensuring continued operational stability and alignment with evolving BB processes.
  • Ensure Coherency of various user requirements/specification definition along versus interfacing and interdependent systems within BB’s System Architecture.
  • Facilitate Delivery key functions that ensure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with business operations and data needs:
  • Lead the definition of user requirements and specifications in coordination with direct users, ensuring complete documentation, business process mapping, and data delivery/reporting alignment.
  • Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionalities against user specifications and audit/control standards, in collaboration with BB’s risk and compliance teams.
  • Prepare and present Requirements and Pre-Implementation Project Review Committee (PRC) materials to secure approvals for system development and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support governance and traceability.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution and alignment with BB strategic goals.
  • Manage and Maintain BB Systems
  • Co-own Enterprise CRM Platform Management with Project Management Office to cater and manage key BB Functionalities and Capabilities residing and supported in the Enterprise platform.
  • Supervise production incidents, system admin maintenance, and user administration to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Provide ongoing support to business and operations users of assigned application systems
  • Administer data and access controls for assigned systems, ensuring secure and compliant usage.
  • Manage and support third-party application systems, ensuring service continuity and vendor alignment with BB requirements. strategic goals.
  • Facilitate and deliver structured change management plans, to support adoption of new systems and processes across BB units, ensuring stakeholder alignment and readiness
  • Manage Custodianship of Business Bank Processes.
  • Foster and Nurture venue for End-to-End Impact Assessment and Due Diligence across all Business Banking Business Units and Non-Business Banking Partners to discuss and lobby clarifications, concerns, and recommendations to implement the necessary change initiatives.
  • Support and Implement a Structured-Approach to roll out a change initiative, through:
  • Maintenance of Integrated checklist, Process Map Template, and other as assessment tools for Change Management.
  • Maintain upkeep of a robust communication plan, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Post roll out and pilot health checks to document success indicators, fine tunings requirements, and final BAU process
  • Assumes the role of Business Banking’s Business Data Custodianship to ensure Enterprise Data Governance Discipline is in place for Data collected, owned, and used by BB Segment.
  • Enforce Rules and Policies on Data Custodianship with BB Business Data Steward
  • Maintain Partnership with Enterprise Data Management Team to build, establish, and maintain a Common Data Acquisition-Repository to house Business Banking Data Marts
  • Process key Operational Data for Marketing, Products, &Campaigns for Strategic Leads
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Head, in alignment with the department’s roles and responsibilities as prescribed by the Division/Group/Segment Head of Business Bank.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of Software solutions-related work preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in M-O365 and Basic Data Query Tools.
