Role Purpose
The Solutions Architect Developer is responsible for building and maintaining the server-side
logic, integrations, and data management systems while overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions for organization clients. This role provides leadership in solution design, ensuring that projects are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements as well as organizations standards. The Solutions Architect Developer partners with front-end developers, consultants and engineers to deliver complete end-to-end solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and integrations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Optimise performance and troubleshoot back-end issues across projects.
- Integration & Data Management
- Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems.
- Ensure accurate data flow and synchronisation between applications.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring processes.
- Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and integration patterns.
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design of complex CRM migration projects, integrations, and custom solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into high-level technical designs and architecture.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Create solution design documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide technical direction and oversight to Solutions Engineers and development teams.
- Collaborate with consultants to shape proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Validate technical feasibility and advise on risks, dependencies, and alternative approaches.
- Support sales and pre-sales processes by contributing technical expertise in client discussions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in software development and technical consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.
- Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages (e.g. Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-level solutions involving complex integrations, APIs, and custom development.

- Experience in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). And good familiarity in cloud platforms and deployment processes (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns. Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
- Strong communication skills, able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 or other information security frameworks (advantageous).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM-related integrations is highly advantageous.
- Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4-5 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
