What You’ll Do
Partner with the Sales team to provide expert technical advice and shape the best solar solutions for customers.
Design high-quality residential and commercial solar-battery systems, bringing concepts to life through detailed plans and documentation.
Own and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery, on-time execution, and cost efficiency.
Proactively identify challenges and solve technical problems to keep projects running seamlessly.
Collaborate closely with installers and partners, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and guidance when needed.
Navigate grid applications and approvals while ensuring systems perform optimally post-installation.
Drive quality and continuous improvement by maintaining accurate documentation, upholding standards, and building strong working relationships.
Key Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
Australia or international solar industry experience strongly preferred
Proven solar engineering experience, ideally within residential solar, covering system design, design review, installation support, commissioning, and QA activities.
Strong troubleshooting and fault-resolution experience, including remote support of installers, system diagnostics, warranty investigations, and post-installation issue management.
Experience with battery storage systems (e.g., Tesla, Enphase, Sungrow, SolarEdge, BYD) and solar monitoring platforms.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or solar design tools such as PVsyst, OpenSolar, Helioscope, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of solar industry standards, grid connection processes, compliance requirements, and utility/provider coordination; familiarity with Australian standards is advantageous.
Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and effectively engage installers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM PHT) Full time in office during probation. Moving to Hybrid set up afterwards.
