Job Description

• Review Requirements documents and Mock-ups
• Collaborate with Business Product Managers to define acceptance criteria
• Create Test Plan and ensure that all scope has been covered
• Creation of test cases and ensuring that all scope defined in Test Plan has been covered
• Facilitate Test Plan walkthrough
• Prepare Timeline estimation and Perform Test execution using different type of Testing
• Report defects and help developers in investigation by checking of logs and Portal
• Ensures smooth, timely and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working; ownership of the whole UAT process from planning, execution to sign-off
• Work with directly with ShopeePay Business Product Managers, different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements, build test scripts and resolution of bugs / glitches
• Handle multiple and complex projects at the same time and work with minimal to no supervision
• Perform other related duties as needed
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or any related course
• 3 - 6 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance.
• At least 5 years of Quality Assurance & Systems Testing experience in the Philippines banking, financial services companies or leading tech companies in a related industry
• Hands-on experience with launching and managing new products features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player
• Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
• Perform Test execution: Back end (API Testing) and Front end. Functional and Non-Functional Testing
• Proven experience in test planning, test monitoring, test analysis and design, test execution, defect management, test reporting.
