• Explore and develop short drama topics suitable for the Philippines market, combining local cultural characteristics and audience preferences.

• At least 3 years of experience in business development or content partnerships, preferably with a proven track record in short drama industry or media company.
• Possess established networks and resources across short drama copyright holders, platforms and distribution channels.
• Familiar with the Filipino film and television industry and social culture, with a keen sense of smell for entertainment trends and social hot topics.
• Proficient in using TikTok and other major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Twitter), and able to quickly capture and summarize platform trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating internal and external teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are executed on time.
• Has strong analytical skills and can analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, with the ability to execute optimization strategies based on performance.
