Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary responsible for the settlement of fixed income/government securities, and equity trade transactions. Process fixed income/gov’t securities transactions (trade and non-trade) with third-party custodians and brokers. Maintain compliance and operational efficiency, through policy adherence, training, and identifying improvement areas.

Responsibilities

  • Handle equity and global securities settlements, both trade and non-trade, with third-party custodians and brokers.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, integrity, and accountability in handling transaction, while maintaining self-awareness and adaptability.
  • Collaborating effectively with clients and considering the impact of actions on others.
  • Uphold general responsibilities, including workspace maintenance and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Supports the Transaction Processing Staff and Officer.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in oral and written communication
  • Analytic skills
  • Basic computer application – MS Office
  • Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
  • Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business and Finance courses (Fresh Graduate can be accommodated)
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
