Key Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
