Role description: Responsible for the development and operational management of the assigned toolset within the Service Solutions team.

Innovation and Change

• Work as part of team of Subject Matter Expert relating to technologies within area of responsibility
• Support the team to keep abreast of innovation and development for systems within area of expertise ensuring evolution of technology
• Align with delivery team to ensure delivery in line with priorities
• Ensure release cycle is adhered to and value delivered incrementally
• Enable and facilitate automation
• Develop release candidates to quality parameters and deliver on time and budget
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Identify improvements within the toolset and influence Tech colleague and process owners to align
• Ensure the availability and stability of assigned tool sets
• Ensure ticket resolution in line with expectations
• Identify and resolve
• Work seamlessly with second line for given tool set, improve knowledge and collaboration

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands on and team leader experience working with business applications within the required area of knowledge.
• Demonstrates significant collaboration capability to influence stakeholders, develop and manage processes, mitigate risks, and control quality to achieve positive outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully participating in the design/delivery of changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.
