SERVICE ASSOCIATE MAKATI

The SERVICE ASSOCIATE provides basic assistance to clients regarding their retail loan accounts, including Auto Loans and Housing Loans. This role is focused on delivering accurate and timely manner by addressing customer inquiries, processing basic service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, validation and processing of the following:
  
  

1.1. Acceptability of basic and collateral document (LTO CR) previously cited as deficient.

1.2. Remittance to branch of matured Post Dated Checks of booked CTS Transaction of Housing Loan, including reconciliation of validated posting media.

1.3. Assign and monitors PN registration and LTO CR encumbrance to Field Support Unit (FSU) and/or Service Provider (SP).

• Affixal of Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) on booked loans (Auto/Housing/KNL).
• Issuance of check release order (CRO) on Dealer Pay-out and other related incentives.
• (EPROC) Processing of service fee payment to Field Support Unit (FSU) and/or Service Provider (SP).
• Routing and/or posting of GL entries related to custodianship of Post Dated Checks and Collateral Document (LTO CR), (safekeeping and turn over to Retail Custodianship Unit).
  
  

Qualification

• Must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking equivalent
• FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills, rapport
• Knows how to problem-solve and an active listener
• Knowledgeable in regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and other bank products, processes and policies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
• Must be willing to work at Makati City
