Service Associate - Finance Finance Risk Controller

We are hiring for a Service Associate - Finance (Finance Risk Controller).

As a Service Associate – Finance (Finance Risk Controller), we rely on you to:

• Assist Service Leader Finance Risk Controller
• Be responsible for daily auditing of all revenue transactions thorugh the OPMS system for the hotel and balancing of guests and house accounts for the previous day.
• Record accounting data and general revenue report and record accounting data
• Perform filling and storing of accounting documents
• Oversee Receiving and Stores fuction
• Calculate accurately daily and monthly Food and Beverage Cost.
• Responsible in monthly Cost Report with meaningful analysis of the performance of the F&B operation.
• Perform monthly inventory and reconcile to Inventory Management System and Accounting System
• Responsible for the preparation of Journal entries related to daily adjustments and month-end closing of all revenue and cost aspects.

• Has good organisational skills
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Preferably has experience working in a finance department of a 5* luxury international hotel
• Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver
• Able to communicate with customers effectively and professionally
