Position Overview
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of improving website performance, increasing organic visibility, and driving meaningful traffic growth. You’ll optimize on-page, technical, and local SEO, guide content direction, and ensure our digital presence stays ahead of competitors. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on SEO experience, and a deep understanding of search behavior—especially within the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
Website Optimization
Improve site structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Ensure all pages follow SEO best practices, including proper title tags, meta descriptions, headers, alt text, and internal linking.
Keyword Research & Strategy
Identify high-value keywords related to dental services (implants, Invisalign, braces, scaling & polishing, etc.).
Build a keyword strategy focused on capturing Singapore-based dental searches.
Content SEO
Work with writers to guide article, blog, and service-page creation.
Ensure all content meets search intent and follows SEO guidelines.
Prepare detailed content briefs for new topics.
On-Page SEO
Optimize both new and existing pages.
Resolve issues like duplicate content, thin pages, keyword cannibalization, and outdated information.
Off-Page SEO / Backlink Building
Plan and execute ethical backlink strategies.
Build relationships with directories, publishers, and partners to strengthen domain authority.
Local SEO
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings for all clinics (e.g., Bukit Batok, Tengah, Ang Mo Kio).
Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across listings.
Track and improve rankings for “dentist near me,” “Invisalign Singapore,” “Bukit Batok dentist,” and similar local searches.
SEO Analytics & Reporting
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Competitor Analysis
Track competitor keywords, content, backlinks, and strategies.
Identify gaps and opportunities to increase visibility and outrank competitors.
Technical SEO Maintenance
Fix crawl errors, broken links, sitemap issues, and other technical problems.
Coordinate closely with the web developer to ensure the site remains SEO-friendly.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with the content writer, marketing team, web developer, and clinic operations to ensure promotions and services are accurately reflected online.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience (healthcare or dental SEO is a plus).
Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
Experience creating keyword strategies and optimizing content for search intent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with the Singapore search landscape is an advantage.
