What You’ll Do

  • Liaise regularly with offshore stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to Head Office.
  • Lead and manage the team to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery.
  • Foster a positive team culture within the wider organization.
  • Identify and escalate system issues to Head Office.
  • Enter and manage underwriting data (quotations, renewals, endorsements) from broker slips.
  • Transfer data into Excel for vehicle upload preparation.
  • Generate underwriting documents including claims experience, certificates of currency, and policy schedules.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in underwriting administration, ideally with Australian insurance companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing and/or training team members.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Work setup

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours, Onsite during probationary period, then Hybrid afterwards.
