👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Solutions Architect/Scrum Master to lead end-to-end solution design and drive agile delivery. This role bridges technical architecture and team execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards while delivered efficiently through Agile practices.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in systems design and digital transformation
• 8+ years of solutions architecture experience using Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 3+ years performing both Solutions Architect and Scrum Master roles in Agile environments
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and system integration
• Experience implementing AI components is a plus
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise GIS platforms
• Knowledge of ITIL v4
• Background in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
  
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• Agile / Scrum certification
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect / Functional Consultant / RPA Developer certifications

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards
• Develop architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and high-level system designs
• Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, coding, UI/UX, and engineering standards
• Support DevOps and CI/CD implementation across the development lifecycle
  
  

Agile & Delivery Leadership

• Act as Scrum Master and Agile lead for cross-functional delivery teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, release planning)
• Manage sprint progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs and Scrum artifacts in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architecture, and other teams
• Ensure quality of deliverables and continuous improvement within the team
  
  

Documentation & Governance

• Ensure all technical and business documentation is up to date, including:
• Architecture and design documents
• Test documentation (UAT, regression)
• Security and compliance documents
• Deployment, DR, transition, and support plans
• Implement project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to standards

Work Setup: Remote, with occasional reporting on-site if required

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time
