Mandatory Requirements


  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment.
  • 2+ years’ experience working within a recruitment agency, not a BPO, environment is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of IT and technical recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting for technical IT roles including developers, engineers, cloud, data, cyber security, AI and digital roles.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium, Seek, job boards, databases, GitHub and ATS platforms.
  • Strong candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate summary and shortlist preparation experience.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical vacancies at once.



Responsibilities


  • Source suitable technical candidates across LinkedIn, Seek, GitHub, job boards, databases and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls for IT and technology roles.
  • Assess candidates against technical requirements, salary expectations, availability and role fit.
  • Prepare clear candidate summaries, shortlist notes and client-ready profiles.
  • Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, interview coordination and ATS updates.
  • Support recruitment consultants with market mapping, talent pooling, salary benchmarking and pipeline management.
