• ‍Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve excellence; e.g., demonstrating proactive problem-solving, commitment to quality,and effective communication ‍
• ‍Ensure compliance with company and client policies, requirements and procedures ‍
• ‍Acquire and maintain knowledge for team services cope and pass information to team members
  
  

• ‍Executing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to expected quality ‍
• ‍Review project input to ensure complete for execution ‍
• ‍Review completed projects before submitting to Client Coordination Team ‍

• ‍Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments ‍

• ‍Creating, checking, and proofreading of artwork documents for consumer goods according to customer, legal and safety requirements English (hard copies, digital and video scrips) ‍
• ‍Primary focus on general clients ‍
• ‍Checking of product samples against and alongside artwork documents ‍
• ‍Review technical documentation related to artwork creation ‍
• ‍Communicate with designers, Coordination Team regarding artwork projects ‍
• ‍Create briefings and work with designers for required illustrations ‍
• ‍Touching up of product drawings/illustrations ‍
• ‍Delivering high quality services within strict lead times ‍
• ‍Acting as deputy for other team members ‍
• ‍Follow all internal guidelines and processes ‍
• ‍Support and use internal Content Management Systems ‍
• ‍Work closely with Coordination Team to achieve project profitability target ‍ ‍
  
  

• Prioritization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks and managing time effectively, especially when handling multiple projects. ‍
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Promote collaborative work within the team and with other departments, including strategies for effective teamwork. ‍
• Promote Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment where team members feel comfortable proposing new ideas and improvements. ‍
• Culture: Assist management in guiding the team to uphold the utmost standards of cultural excellence and integrity. Report any observations or findings regarding cultural practices or integrity issues. ‍
• Sharing knowledge and expertise: Share knowledge and expertise with other team members. Able to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less experienced colleagues, contributing to the overall growth and development of the team. ‍
• Supporting team objectives: Even if you are not in a formal leadership position, you should actively support the teams objectives and work towards achieving common goals.
