We are looking for a Solution Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to design, develop, and support scalable business solutions. The role involves solution architecture, system integration, customization, maintenance, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient enterprise applications.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture, customization, deployment, and support.
• Strong experience with:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Power BI
• Dynamics 365 Plugins & Custom Workflows
• REST APIs and system integrations
• Proficient in:
• .NET / C#
• JavaScript
• HTML/CSS
• SQL
• JSON/XML
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Recommend scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead solution delivery using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with developers, support teams, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance for defect resolution.
• Ensure integrations with existing systems and third-party applications.
  
  

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Create solution design, requirements, and support documents.
• Ensure platform documentation is updated and organized.
  
  

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing applications and processes.
• Review system architecture and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure solutions comply with security and enterprise standards.
• Support system assessments and compliance activities.
  
  

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (required to report onsite at least once per month, subject to project and business needs)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time
