Your Role:

• Utilize AutoCAD MEP and Revit for effective project design and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Building Code, National Electrical Code, and NFPA Standards.
• Expertise in developing comprehensive power plans, lighting plans, and riser diagrams.
• Skilled in conducting electrical load calculations and creating panel schedules.
• Proficient in developing equipment and system specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate with owners, clients, architects, interior designers, and other consultants to create coordinated contract documents.
• Strong communication skills, translating technical information into clear and accessible formats.
• Capable of contributing to engineering reports for existing buildings.
• Competent in reviewing equipment and system submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Responsive to Requests for Information (RFIs), addressing queries promptly and accurately.
• Complete MEP engineering projects with high level of quality, on schedule and on budget.

What You Need:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Ability to use AutoCAD MEP and REVIT to produce design drawings.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Possess a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the development of MEP engineering designs and consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Electrical equipment maintenance and installations, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices.
