Job Description

Brighta Group is looking for a high-performing Senior SDR based in the Philippines to join our growth team.


This is a serious outbound sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, handle objections and book quality meetings with senior decision-makers.


You will be calling business owners, CEOs, Managing Directors, Sales Leaders and Marketing Leaders across our target market to secure qualified Discovery Calls for our sales team.


We are not looking for someone who simply reads a script. We are looking for someone who can hold a sharp commercial conversation, ask good questions, handle pushback and create genuine interest.


What You'll Be Doing


You will be responsible for:


  • Making 80 outbound prospecting calls per day.
  • Speaking with senior decision-makers in Australian businesses.
  • Qualifying prospects against our ideal client profile.
  • Booking qualified Discovery Calls for our Sales Lead.
  • Handling common objections with confidence.
  • Updating all activity and notes in our CRM.
  • Following up prospects through phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Working closely with the Brighta team to improve call scripts, messaging and conversion rates.


What We're Looking For


You must have:


  • Previous SDR, BDR, cold calling or appointment-setting experience.
  • Experience working with Australian or US companies.
  • Excellent English and strong phone communication skills.
  • Proven ability to book qualified meetings from outbound prospecting.
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and senior leaders.
  • Strong objection-handling ability.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • A disciplined, organised and results-focused approach.
