Job Description

• Source and engage difficult-to-reach candidates via creative and non-traditional channels.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of passive talent for critical roles.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and data-backed talent intelligence.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring a white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with HRBPs and department leads to anticipate future talent needs and plan proactively.
• Act as a true talent advisor—not just a resume pusher—to stakeholders, guiding hiring strategies for specialized and technical roles.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience in leading a team of Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators
• Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
• At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the BPO or RPO industry
• Hybrid expertise in both mass hiring and executive recruitment is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
• Operates with a high degree of integrity and can maintain the confidentiality of information
