Senior-level contributor responsible for advanced property accounting activities, complex portfolio support, work allocation, and first-level review. This role serves as a technical resource for the team and provides direct support on client calls, property setups, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Perform all core property accountant responsibilities, including financial reporting and bank reconciliations.
- Lead or support new property setups and onboarding activities as needed.
- Assign work to accountants and analysts based on priorities and deadlines.
- Provide review notes, recheck corrected financials, and ensure issues are properly cleared.
- Train new analysts/accountants on workpapers, client communication, bank recs, cash receipts, and AP.
- Participate in client calls to provide technical or operational support.
- Support team coverage and complete additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of property accounting and software experience.
