👋What are our wishes?

The Product Delivery Manager leads end-to-end delivery of software projects for digital initiatives. This role bridges technical teams, product stakeholders, and business users to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of integrated enterprise web platforms. Strong experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and complex IT programs is required.

Experience

• 8+ years in IT Project or Program Management
• 4+ years working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban environments
• Proven experience delivering enterprise or integrated web platforms
  
  

Technical & Delivery Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of application development, databases, system design, and testing
• Experience managing risks, timelines, and multiple priorities
  
  

Certifications (at least one is a must)

• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities
  
  

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software and digital platform projects
• Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, vendors)
• Drive Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and report status to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with engineering, security, SDLC, and change management requirements
• Coordinate procurement activities related to project delivery
• Support adoption and change management with communication and training
• Ensure quality, testing, and readiness before deployment

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x times per week, subject to project and business needs)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Manila Time

Type: Project-based (minimum 1 year, subject to extension) / Staff Augmentation
