Purpose

Leads category teams to deliver strategic outcomes, developing high-performing leaders, strengthening stakeholder relationships and driving operational excellence, performance and continuous improvement.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead category management teams and high-value, complex tender activities to achieve strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain senior client, stakeholder and industry relationships that drive business success.
• Develop high-performing teams through leadership, coaching, performance management and career development.
• Provide expert market insight, due diligence and commercial expertise to inform decision-making.
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency and commercial performance to deliver measurable value.
• Contribute to strategy development and oversee plan implementation, ensuring successful delivery through others.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Licensed Civil Engineer, or equivalent license/certification issued by the relevant professional regulatory authority in their country.
• Preferably holds a Master's degree in a related field.
• Preferably completed relevant training in the respective field of expertise or position.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Preferably 10 years of similar experience in infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction sector and market environment.
• Proven track record delivering high-value, complex procurement and tendering activities.
• Experience working within a main contractor environment, supporting successful project delivery.
