About This Role
As a
Senior Procurement Analyst, you will be the operational backbone for our procure-to-pay platform (Zip) and process and serve as a key partner to Legal, Risk, Finance, and IT. You will own domain responsibilities in either (a) Zip Operations and Supplier Master Quality or (b) Contracts, Renewals, and Risk Intelligence—while cross-covering the other area. You’ll ensure contracts are negotiation-ready, renewals are proactively managed, and vendor/transaction data are clean and auditable.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day procure-to-pay platform (Zip) operations and process governance
- Maintain intake checks and required fields (term dates, renewal notice, pricing unit, quantity, owner)
- Monitor cycle times and SLA adherence; coordinate nudges and escalations for stalled approvals (Zip remains source of truth)
- Provide status updates to stakeholders via Slack; publish weekly “stuck items” list
- Ensure executed contracts have complete metadata in Zip/CLM (start/end, auto-renew, notice window, pricing mechanics, uplift caps, price protection, DPA/SLA/security exhibits)
- Build and maintain a 6–12 month renewals calendar; create pre-renewal tasks 90–120 days out
- Prepare renewal packets: contract snapshot, pricing exhibits, benchmark bands (confidence noted), notice timeline, approvals checklist
- Partner with Legal to package deviations (Must Fix vs Negotiable) and use the Contract Analyzer outputs
- Collect and summarize vendor artifacts (SOC 2/ISO/COI, trust-center docs, sub processor lists); track expirations and vendor news (breaches/M&A/sanctions)
- Produce concise residual risk notes and link to LogicGate entries; ensure risk readiness ahead of renewals and new buys
- Validate new vendor setups; detect duplicates; run basic sanctions checks; prepare change requests for Accounting approval
- Monitor term leakage (price uplifts beyond caps, missing agreed discounts) and coordinate remediation
- Maintain dashboards for renewal coverage, metadata completeness, PO compliance, cycle time by stage, risk artifact currency, and data quality scores
- Document runbooks/checklists; drive process improvements and data hygiene sprints
- Operate our Procurement Hub and sub-AI assistants (Renewals & Benchmark Negotiation, Contract Analyzer, Risk Intelligence, Spend Opportunity)
- Review and approve AI outputs; ensure audit logging and compliance guardrails (SOX, antitrust, privacy)
Education And/or Experience
- 5+ years in procurement operations, contract administration/legal ops, or vendor risk management
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay /orchestration tools (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow) and strong process discipline
- Experience with SaaS/cloud sourcing experience preferred
- Experience collaborating with AI assistants preferred
- Prior experience in a fintech/SOX environment a plus
Required Skills/Abilities
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (e.g., Ironclad/Icertis/DocuSign) and contract metadata; comfortable reading MSAs/SOWs and pricing exhibits
- Exposure to TPRM tools/processes (e.g., LogicGate) and summarizing SOC/ISO/COI artifacts
- Strong analytical skills; spreadsheet/BI proficiency; meticulous data hygiene
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with benchmarking tools preferred
Work Environment
- Work arrangement: Fully remote
- Work schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time (US), night shift in the Philippines.
- Potential transition: High likelihood of moving to Manila business hours; if transitioned, the role will shift to a hybrid setup with on-site work in BGC, Taguig, two days per week.
