About The Client (AU)

Our client is a growing Australian engineering consultancy delivering a range of engineering projects across multiple sectors. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support project delivery, coordinate stakeholders, manage fee proposals, and provide administrative oversight across the project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys both project coordination and client-facing responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical design and delivery across a variety of building services projects
• Coordinating mechanical services with other disciplines, consultants and contractors
• Heat load calculations, equipment selection and system sizing
• Managing stakeholder relationships across the full project lifecycle
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant Australian standards, codes and project requirements
• Conducting design reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain technical standards
• Attending site inspections and resolving technical issues
• Mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate engineers
• Managing project deliverables, priorities and deadlines
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Experience in hydraulic (plumbing) design
• Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects within a consultancy environment
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam or any other similar software.
  
  

Core Competencies:

• A quality-driven approach, with close attention to detail across the project lifecycle
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
  
  

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)
  
  

Work Setup (Hybrid - Eastwood, Libis)

• Hired staff is expected to report in our Eastwood, Libis office at least 3x a week.
• Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
