senior Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate who will support the planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives aimed at strengthening acquisition and engagement within our driver community. This role involves developing creative marketing strategies, managing brand communication, and ensuring consistent message delivery across various channels.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in the development and rollout of marketing campaigns that reflect the intended brand identity and resonate with the target partner audience.
• Determine effective communication materials and channels—both online and offline—to support monthly goals and project-based activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and explore new tools, trends, and opportunities in media, advertising, and communication.
• Produce campaigns and marketing materials that are engaging, timely, and aligned with project timelines.
• Maintain updated documentation of marketing processes, ensuring clarity and accuracy across the team.
• Support budget planning and monitoring for marketing activities.

• Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Solid project management experience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable analyzing data to guide decisions and measure performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments such as startups is beneficial; backgrounds in brand marketing or agency work are also welcome.
• Able to collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
• Open to continuous improvement and adaptable to changing needs.

What We Seek:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to digital marketing, campaign management, or B2B/B2C marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and customer engagement strategies
• Must be willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
