Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in manual QA, software validation, or technical support roles.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working in Laboratory environments or with healthcare devices is mandatory.
English Level: Advanced (C1). You must be comfortable conducting technical discussions and writing reports exclusively in English.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong SQL knowledge to perform complex database queries for troubleshooting and verification.
Familiarity with health protocols such as HL7 or ASTM.
Expertise in tools like HP ALM 12.0, MS Team Foundation Server (TFS), and MS SharePoint.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional proactive attitude with the ability to "deep dive" into technical logs and system behaviors to find root causes.
Quality Focus: A rigorous approach to traceability and documentation, understanding the impact of software stability in a regulated medical field.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🔧
Advanced Troubleshooting (L2): Analyze and resolve complex technical issues by performing log analysis, checking system connections, and investigating database inconsistencies.
System Migrations & Upgrades: Execute software upgrades (e.g., from version 3.xx to 3.05.xx) and perform clean new installations according to service specifications.
Validation & Testing: Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases, including System Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Integration & Performance Tests.
Defect Management: Identify, report, and track bugs through the full lifecycle, providing early feedback to the 3rd-level engineering team.
Data Quality & Documentation: Perform data updates in systems like SAP and REXIS, and ensure all work results are documented with full traceability according to CSV (Computerized System Validation) methodologies.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate directly with international teams and affiliates to provide status updates and gather technical requirements.
