Senior Lead Engineer - Identity Access Management

Join our Cyber Engineering team and lead a high-performing identity engineering team responsible for building, enhancing, and operating privileged identity and access platforms. As a Senior Lead Engineer - Identity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technical strategy, uplifting engineering standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the platform.

What role will you play?

You will lead and mentor engineers delivering privileged identity and access solutions, ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes aligned to strategic cyber engineering objectives. You will be accountable for technical delivery, people leadership, and alignment with global cyber and engineering practices.

What You Offer

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years in an engineering leadership role managing teams in an offshore or global delivery model
• Strong hands-on experience in application development
• Proven experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions is an advantage
• Solid understanding of cyber security principles, privileged access controls, and identity security
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
• Strong people management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and delivery oversight
• Experience driving engineering excellence, coding standards, and continuous improvement within teams.
