Senior Project Manager (IT Delivery)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) to lead large-scale IT projects and programs within a global environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong delivery expertise in system and application development, integration, and implementation, along with the ability to engage senior leadership and manage cross-functional, multicultural teams. This role is based in Manila, Philippines, with flexibility to work aligned to European time zones when required and potential travel to Europe depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programs (budget: €1–2M+)
• Manage cross-functional teams of 10–15 members, including third-party vendors and external partners
• Drive delivery of IT solutions including system development, application integration, and implementation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies depending on project needs
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Present project updates, business cases, and escalations to senior leadership (CEO, CFO, and other C-level stakeholders)
• Coach, mentor, and develop project managers within the organization
• Foster strong collaboration between business and technical teams
• Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance with organizational standards

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Based in Manila, Philippines
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management in IT project delivery
• Proven experience managing projects/programs with:
• €1–2M+ budgets
• Teams of 10–15 members
• Vendors and third-party providers
• Strong experience delivering IT solutions, particularly:
• System and application development
• System integration

Implementation projects

• Experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience engaging and reporting to senior leadership (CEO, CFO, and other executives)
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing project managers
• Ability to work aligned with European time zones when required
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (primarily Europe)
• Ability to travel to the Manila office as required
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• 15+ years of experience in IT project/program management
• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience with SAP implementations or SAP environments
