Key Responsibilities

• Architect long-term IT strategies and infrastructure roadmaps to support rapid company scaling and digital innovation
• Direct the enterprise-wide cybersecurity framework to ensure the highest level of protection for sensitive patient and corporate data
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of advanced enterprise systems to streamline cross-functional workflows and data integration
• Oversee IT governance, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance with global technology standards

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior IT management or director-level role
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), enterprise security, and systems architecture
• Proven ability to lead complex digital transformation projects and manage significant IT budgets
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
