GBS Capability Development Lead (SG 11, Krakow, Manila, Jakarta)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A candidate with Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Psychology or Pedagogy or related field
Experience with leading medium & large scale global learning & development initiatives
Experience with Training Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Learning Science
Training Delivery and Facilitation Skills
Experience with authoring tools (like Articulate 360)
Customer Focus, Agile way of working, Business & Org. Acumen
Self-driven & result-oriented
Strong Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Strong Project Management

Community Management, LMS experience

Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in implementing GBS capability building strategy to enhance the critical capabilities of the Global Business Solutions (GBS) teams. This role is pivotal in identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Lead GBS Capability‑Building Initiatives
Contribute to the development and execution of the GBS Capability Building Strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Conduct learning and skills needs assessments by gathering inputs, synthesizing insights, and translating them into clear upskilling recommendations.
Curate and leverage existing learning resources to ensure solutions are relevant, practical, and business‑focused.
Collaborate with external learning vendors to address identified skill gaps and enhance learning offerings.
Partner closely with program owners and subject matter experts to identify, co‑create, or tailor impactful development solutions.
Design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end learning journeys and targeted interventions addressing critical business needs.
Drive adoption through engagement and communication plans, using multiple channels to promote capability‑building initiatives across GBS.
Facilitate and deliver learning programs, trainings, and events to ensure strong engagement and effective learning outcomes.
Lead GBS Academy (My PMI Campus) – Community Management
Lead the day-to-day operation of the GBS Academy on My PMI Campus, ensuring learning content is well-organized, up to date, and easy to navigate.
Lead the publishing, tagging, curation, and lifecycle management of learning content to maintain a high-quality, searchable learning library.
Monitor learning analytics (e.g., engagement, completion, drop-off points) and prepare insights and recommendations to improve learner experience and adoption.
Act as a key point of contact for internal partners (GBS P&C, Program Owners) and external vendors, supporting platform enhancements, issue resolution, and planned improvements, load of the content
Lead platform adoption through communication campaigns, user guidance, and training materials, helping increase awareness and consistent usage of the GBS Academy.
Provide first-line user support, help troubleshoot issues, and collect learner feedback to support continuous improvement.
