The Opportunity

You will join a team of strong performers to provide a comprehensive range of fund administration, accounting, management reporting, and tax compliance services to the fund managers of the MIT funds to assist the company in offering a one-stop-shop solution to international fund managers.

What You’ll Do

Ensure all client deliverables are in line with service agreements
Maintenance of accounting records including entering transactions into Reckon (experience helpful but not essential) accounting software
Processing of investor transactions
Tax compliance including distribution calculations and BAS returns
Liaison with external auditors and service providers
Preparation of annual Financial Statements
Preparation of periodical management reporting packs.

Key Criteria

At least 4 years of Fund Accounting experience, handling the end-to-end NAV process. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in financial instruments.
Experience with high-complex investment funds.
Experience with Geneva World Investor product is a big advantage
High attention to detail
Understand the importance of confidentiality

Work setup

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 3-month training onsite.
Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup
