MedGrocers digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The Senior Finance Manager directs the companys financial strategy and capital allocation, serving as a key advisor to the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for architecting the financial frameworks that support rapid scaling while ensuring the highest standards of governance and fiscal health to serve our patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead long-term financial planning and budgeting to align with multi-year strategic objectives
  • Advise leadership on capital structure and investment opportunities to drive enterprise value
  • Oversee the internal control environment and governance to ensure compliance with national regulations
  • Drive digital transformation by implementing advanced financial systems and automated reporting analytics
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, for seamless operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong proficiency in tax compliance, financial reporting, and team management
  • Must be able to work onsite in Makati City.
