• Lead the technical architecture and design of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• Define solution blueprints, architectural standards, and technical best practices across ERP delivery.
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and alignment with Microsoft standards.
• Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and technical consultants across delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and technical input into proposals.
• Stay aligned with Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 roadmap and emerging technologies to continuously improve architecture and delivery approaches.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years extensive experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical expertise across the D365 F&O stack including X++, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform, and integration tools.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise-scale ERP architectures.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect certification is highly regarded.
• Exposure to Azure services, data platforms, or reporting tools is advantageous.
• Background spanning both technical and functional aspects of ERP delivery is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding technical teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
