• Develop visually compelling concepts and translate them into complete design outputs across print, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Shape the visual direction of projects, ensuring design consistency and craft excellence from initial idea through to finished art.
• Produce digital assets for interfaces, social content, and online activations, applying modern design trends and best practices.
• Prepare production‑ready and dispatch-ready files aligned with media specifications.
• Work closely with creative teams to refine ideas, iterate quickly, and deliver work that pushes boundaries.
• Contribute to brand development and maintain strong alignment with visual identity standards.
• Present design work to internal stakeholders and, when required, to clients with clarity and confidence.
  
  
  

• Strong experience in agency or creative environments, with a portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign work.
• Ability to develop concepts and execute them across a full project lifecycle.
• Highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite with strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling capability.
• Demonstrated experience in digital design, including responsive layouts, digital display, and social platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, art direction, and how design ideas translate across different formats.
• Confident communicator who collaborates openly and thrives in fast-moving, iterative environments.
• Curious, forward‑thinking mindset with a passion for keeping up with design, culture, and technology trends.
• Able to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and contribute positively to team culture.
  
  
  

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT) with a hybrid arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) following a 6‑month onsite probation period.
