Work Style: 100 % remote (cover core U.S. business hours - 9AM to 6PM, schedule can change)

Key Responsibilities

Build, ticket, exchange, and refund complex air, hotel, and ground bookings in Sabre/ Amadeus/

Galileo—always reading the fare-calc line and protecting commission.

Manage VIP and group movements (10 + seats, room blocks, sports rosters).

Clear Companys queue checks to ensure zero-error PNRs (no canned scripts).

Own the inbox—write clear, on-brand emails; hop on calls when needed.

Re-accommodate during IRROPS; understand airline debit memos and how to avoid them.

Share knowledge; admit mistakes; update the playbook so the team grows.

Required Qualifications

10 + years of deep GDS work (ticketing, exchanges, refunds).

Proven corporate-agency background (brick-and-mortar; OTA-only is not enough).

Fluent written and spoken English.

Strong grasp of fare ladders, commissions, alliances, group travel, and airport ops.

Reliable remote setup (quiet space, fast internet, secure workstation).

Hiring Process

• Video interview (scenario-based, English).
• Written exercise (client email + fare-calc quiz).
• Live GDS skills check (create, exchange, refund a sample PNR).
  
  

Additional Details

At least 10 years of GDS experience (including exchanges, refunds, and bookings)

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Previous experience working in a traditional travel agency (specifically serving corporate

clients)—please note that experience solely with online travel agencies is not sufficient

Solid knowledge of fare ladders, airline alliances, airport operations, and related corporate travel

procedures

Additionally, Each Qualified Candidate Must

Participate in a video interview conducted entirely in English, answering detailed questions relevant to

corporate travel

Complete a written test, including drafting a professional email response to a travel inquiry
