The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant, Culture, Engagement & Organizational Performance to join our People Development & Performance team in Bangkok. You will join our team of experts who provide systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from the individual employee to organizational level, without taking ownership away from employees and their managers.
This role encourages you to explore how the company works and gives you a global reach in finding ways we can keep improving. You will get the chance to identify and solve complex challenges; shape people processes and influence how our company operates whilst making sure our managers and people process help us reach our business goals.
We go beyond traditional learning and performance management—rethinking roles, structures, career paths, and the systems that shape employee experience and engagement. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful programs, reporting your insights directly to top management.
