The Project

The senior commercial manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of cost and commercial management services. He/she directly reports to the operations director - commercial.

He/she is the lead client liaison responsible for assisting the client in all projects related matters and ensure the highest quality and standard of services and deliverables. Provides leadership and participates in activities that promote workplace diversity and positive employee relations environment.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads senior team leaders to ensure projects progress to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Reviews project reports and recommends adjustments to plans and delivery strategies.
• Sets clear performance standards and development objectives for supervisors and staff.
• Builds a high‑performing, service‑driven team through effective leadership, coaching, and daily management.
• Promotes an inclusive, positive workplace aligned with Mace CCM’s values.
• Drives continuous improvement across management systems, processes, and performance measures.
  
  

You’ll Also Have

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent.
• Chartered or progressing toward RICS accreditation.
• Strong commercial, financial, and contract management capability across pre‑ and post‑contract stages.
• Proven experience leading project workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.
