• Own the security, stability, and optimization of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure in a cloud-first environment.
• Manage identity, access, and endpoint lifecycles, ensuring alignment with security standards and policies.
• Implement and operate security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint compliance, and Microsoft Defender.
• Maintain secure and compliant endpoint environments across multiple sites and user groups.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex cloud, identity, and security issues alongside the Service Desk.
• Drive automation and efficiency using PowerShell and Microsoft-native tooling.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders on licensing, audits, escalations, and continuous security improvements.
  
  
  

• Min 7+ years of experience in Cloud & Security Administrator positions
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365, and Azure environment
• Hands-on PowerShell experience for automation and scripting
• Solid understandings of IT knowledge and environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup, including a compulsory two-day onboarding at the ASW office, followed by reporting to the office on the second Wednesday of each month.
• Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am–5 pm VNT) with a hybrid setup, including a compulsory two-day onboarding at the ASW office, followed by reporting to the office on the second Wednesday of each month.
