Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction of all corporate clinics, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the development and codification of scalable medical policies and processes to initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Serve as the primary liaison for top-tier clients, managing expectations and identifying opportunities for service expansion.

• Preferably with a Bachelors degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role within healthcare operations.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications for data reporting and analysis.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati and travel for site visits.
