What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of motor and fleet claims from lodgement through to finalization, ensuring claims progress efficiently and in line with service expectations.
Handle ongoing correspondence with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders via email or chat, maintaining proactive follow-ups throughout the claims lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and complete client files within the claims management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
Conduct claim investigations where required, including reviewing documentation, and identifying potential risks or discrepancies.
Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while working independently and maintaining strong attention to detail.
Deliver a high standard of customer service through clear, timely, and professional communication, including managing complaints or escalations when required.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum four years’ experience managing motor or fleet claims end to end, preferably within the Australian market.
Sound understanding of motor repair standards, assessment methodologies, and relevant industry manuals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience drafting professional, factual correspondence, including complaints or escalations.
Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to follow established procedures while exercising initiative, sound judgement, and effective time management.
Highly professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 3 days in our BGC office and 2 days Work From Home.
